View from Lemarne

A somewhat softer view. The estate consists of just over 4000 acres, mostly in North Hill but touches on Lewannick and Altarnun parishes. Just over 3000 acres are agricultural, 216 are forestry and about 1000 acres are moorland. There are 13 farms and this dropped in number over the years as tenants have retired and farms have been amalgamated. There are 40 residential properties; members of the Latham family occupy 9 of those properties the majority have been conversions of stables, barns and the old coach house.
